Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Chuck High leads TET with a vision for excellence and a passion for the live event and tour industry.
With over 30 years of experience in the trucking industry and a decade dedicated to the concert and entertainment sector, Chuck High brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Tour Entertainment Transportation. Starting his career as a truck driver, Chuck worked his way up to become a successful business owner, embodying the values of hard work and perseverance.
Chuck’s commitment to safety and operational excellence has been a driving force behind TET’s success. As a safety consultant, he ensures that every project meets the highest industry standards, delivering reliable, efficient, and secure transportation solutions for clients.
Under Chuck’s leadership, TET has grown into a trusted name for event logistics, known for its dedication to standard-driven success and exceptional service. His deep understanding of both the trucking and entertainment industries allows him to anticipate and overcome the unique challenges of live event transportation, ensuring smooth operations for every client.
Chief Operations Officer (COO)
As COO of Tour Entertainment Transportation (TET), Miranda Hall brings an impressive combination of experience, leadership, and passion to the company. Hailing from Birmingham, Alabama, Miranda has built a career spanning over 15 years in client management and human resources, alongside a decade of executive operational expertise. Her hands-on approach and dedication have been instrumental in creating streamlined processes that enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
A proud graduate of the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB), Miranda’s skillset extends into accounting and client contracting, where she has managed portfolios worth over $5 million. In the past four years, she has seamlessly combined her knowledge of transportation logistics with her passion for the music and live event industry, carving a niche for herself in trucking and logistics for major tours and events. Her ability to understand the unique needs of both the client and the team has been a cornerstone of TET’s success.
With her unwavering commitment to excellence and a deep understanding of the complexities of transportation logistics, Miranda continues to lead TET in providing unparalleled service to clients nationwide.
Matthew Jay is a proud U.S. Army combat veteran, businessman, and father whose career is built on leadership, discipline, and a relentless work ethic.
With over a decade of operational and logistical experience—including his role as Fitness Director in South Korea, where he oversaw $10 million in assets—Matthew brings structure, accountability, and strategy to everything he touches.
A graduate of the University of Hawaii at Oahu and former chapter leader of the National Society of Leadership and Success, he has worked with more than 30 companies across marketing, branding, and business development. His additional expertise in web design and digital management gives him a sharp edge in today’s fast-moving entertainment logistics space.
Today, as Sales Director at Tour Entertainment Transportation (TET), Matthew focuses on building strong relationships, delivering seamless transportation solutions, and representing the hard-working backbone of the live events industry.
Most importantly, he’s a proud dad and committed member of his local community—always pushing forward with purpose and grit.
